Heather, Office Manager

Heather has more years of admin and bookkeeping experience than she’ll ever admit. That knowledge was put to good use in 2009 when she consulted with Dr. Hogan about opening Clayton Heights Chiropractic, and then again in 2015 when the clinic moved and expanded.

While in the clinic, Heather hides behind the scenes focused on clinic direction, balanced books and accurate payments to the staff.

After hours, when not plotting detailed itineraries for upcoming trips, Heather heads outdoors to jog, hike, kayak or ski and rewards herself with local craft beer.

Erica, Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk Leader

Erica joined the team in March of 2016 with a background in account management and client relations.

In 2020, she took over the Front Desk Team Leader roll and has been improving the clinic’s organization and efficiency ever since! She is on top of everything that happens in the clinic and we’d all be lost without her.

Erica is kept busy outside of the clinic as well. As the proud mother of active twins, she spends a lot of time driving them around and cheering them on from the stands.

Shawnna, Chiropractic Assistant

Shawnna joined our front desk team in April 2018. Her previous years of administrative experience lend to her supportive role at our clinic.

Her positive spirit contributes to the community feel at Clayton Heights Chiropractic.

When it’s not raining, Shawnna and her husband enjoy being outdoors for walks, biking, kayaking and camping.

Sarah, Chiropractic Assistant

Sarah has an extensive background in customer service including several years in the airline business. She came to us in August 2021.

Her presence in the clinic is positive and sociable – it’s definitely noticed when she’s not there! Fun fact about Sarah, she’s a certified Sommelier.

Sarah’s lived in and traveled to many places around the world. When not traveling or walking her dogs, she enjoys time with her extended family.

Jen, Chiropractic Assistant

We welcomed Jen at the end of 2022 and she was an instant fit with her friendly energy and her natural ability to provide the exceptional customer service that you have come to expect at CHC.

Jen recently decided to get back into the workforce since her kids are now young adults and don’t need her as much.

She loves spending time with family and friends, as well as using her essential oils, eating, enjoying a quality rye & coke and a good Netflix series!
